- 400 gr carne tocata porc si vita
-1 legatura patrunjel si una marar
- 1 ceapa
- 1 lingura bulion
- 3 oua
- sare
- piper
- 1 vanata
- 200 gr smantana
Mod de preparare:
Se pun la fiert cartofii curatati si taiati cuburi . Cand sunt gata se prepara un pireu. Intr-o tigaie punem un pic de ulei la incins apoi adaugam carnea si o lasam cu capac pana ce isi schimba culoarea amestecand din cand in cand. Se ia de pe foc si se pune o lingura de bulion mararu si patrunjelul tocat marunt si un ou, se condimenteaza si se amesteca bine.
Vinata se taie rondele si se prajeste.

Intr-o tava de yena se pune un pic de ulei apoi un strat de pireu de cartofi urmat de cel de carne , vanata si iarasi un stat de cartofi.

Se da la cuptorul bine incins~ 30 min. Smantana se amesteca cu 2 oua pana ce obtinem o compozitie uniforma , se condimenteaza, Aceata se toarna peste musaca si se mai lasa la cuptor inca ~15 min. (rezultatul final nu a mai ajuns sa fie pozat:))
