Mod de preparare:
Se pun la fiert cartofii morcovul si ouale. Sprotul se taie
cubulete mici.

Cand s-au racit legumele se dau prin razatoarea mare iar
albusul se toaca marunt.
Pe un platou se aseaza in staruri:
1. sprotul
2. 1/2 cartofi
3. 1/2 morcovi
4. 1/2 albus
5. 1/2 maioneza
6. 1/2 galbenus faramitat.

Dupa care se repeta straturile inafara de albus si galbenus. Deasupra maionezei se pune albusul si dupa ceea galbenusul.
