Se bat albusurile spuma apoi se adauga galbenusurile, zaharul, zah. vanil. si faina dupa care se pune praful de copt ciocolata , nucile si untul topit se amesteca usor cu o paleta . Se unge forma de copt cu unt apoi se tapeteza cu faina si se da la cuptor 40 min.
